Review: My wife and I used this company for our new house. We chose the move in package. We were told this package would be a deep cleaning service so our home would be move in ready.Upon looking over the house after the cleaners left my wife and I found that many area were not cleaned. Obvious dirty area like smudges on the windows and dog hair throughout the bathrooms were completely overlooked. Some windows were also cleaned while others were ignored. There was no consistency and the areas that were cleaned were not cleaned thoroughly.My wife had called and asked for the cleaners to come back after we had finished moving in so they would clean the house properly. The owner agreed to this and said they would give us a 50 dollar discount.When my wife and I finally called for this service the owner then said she would only clean the areas that weren’t previously cleaned and it would be a 30 dollar discount. We explained to the owner that was not what we agreed upon last we spoke. The owner said that’s the best she could do. The website stated satisfaction guarantee. This is obvious not that case since the owner was not willing to make the issue right.This overall experience was very disappointing and we will not be using them again in the future.I do not recommend this company for any services they provide.

Review: Maira was our professional for our deep cleaning and I couldn’t be more thrilled with her work. She exceeded all of my expectations. Lily is a pleasure to work with. She is great with communication, she has reasonable pricing, is prompt and professional. I couldn’t be happier.

Review: Very poor quality of service. Requested a move in clean. Many areas of the house were clearly not cleaned or not cleaned well. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.When I originally posted a review, Lily called asked me to take the review down and offered a redo service, and a $50 discount on any future cleans. I had already cleaned the areas that were not done well the first time (didn’t have much of a choice since we were moving in our things and didn’t want to put things in dirty areas) so, I was under the impression we could get a basic clean (just bathrooms and kitchen) as a remedy for their original mistake but when i called to set that up a few weeks later, i was told I could not get those services and only a $30 discount for a basic clean and that the only thing she could offer was to re-clean the areas I had pictures of (and already cleaned myself and placed items in). Overall, very disappointing. I am pregnant and really needed the help and was so sad that I did not get the service I was promised.

Review: Professional, thorough, and patient with our cats. Lily was quick and efficient but worked through all of our dust and the pet hair in the carpet. We definitely will be using this service again in the future.
